Default Sticking POD Switches

My Pod fog switches seem to have started sticking once pressed, has anyone done a refresh of these? is a simple job of removing the switches and cleaning with WD40 or more involved?

Haven't been there in a bit, but if I remember correctly you just pull the outer black rubber **** off and then get a needle nose in there to the notches in the white plastic and rotate just a bit till release. Pull the white unit out slowly. It does separate into two parts with the deeper part attached to the wires (at least the rotating headlight switch does). The pushbutton fog switch may be one solid unit. Doing this should allow for applying something to smooth it out.
