from the CL pic, the rear camber is off, the front wheel is very dull, painted or a bad reflection.. maybe worth 3k on a flatbed if local buyer.

Yes they buyer agreed to my offer, going to flatbed tow it home today, and Speedtoys is going to help me get it running. Seems to have good service history and it other wise solid, but rough on the edges.

Yep! running, and drove it home!

found the issue on the street- we decided to attempt a curbside repair before calling the tow truck.

turned out the passenger side coil wire fell out! and it needed a new battery. Once we did that it fired right up.

Oh and pics, not till I get it cleaned up a bit! ( I mean alot)

Great score Mark! Wasn't this the car that had the non-op title cause it would not run? Are you serious these were the only issues causing the problem?

Runs -great- for a car with only about 1/4 of a top-end refresh done (has recent-ish manifold gaskets a while back, but everything else is original..and likely leaking and off spec).

Although the MAF is maybe 40k miles old..send it to Speake to have him test it or go with it as is?

It's clearly running -6 on timing..rear knock sensor plug (sensor side) is busted up and taped together...so that and a engine and dash full of vac leaks, the flappy doesnt work...

Tranny mounts are 1/2 down, engine mounts are, if not..fully down.
