Does anyone know Bill's (hallowzeve's) phone number or live near him?

I've send PM's several times inquiring about the "things he has that should go with the car" that he posted a while back but he never answers. I bought his 91 GT back in 2012 and have been working on getting it up to snuff. I offered to pay postage for the items he said should go with the car. Thought if someone knows him they could ask him to get in touch with me.
