Default Replacing A arms, shocks, ball joint during MM/OPG replacement

Hi everybody-

In the middle of the MM/OPG job on my 1988 928 S4 manual with 60k on the clock. A arms, ball joints, shocks all look and were driving ok.

Replacing these other parts is a big expense for OEM. I've seen 928MS parts for somewhat less.

Anybody have experience with 928MS parts good/bad? If the originals on the car are still working well/look good, do they need replacement?

Thanks!
Brian

I have not purchased any of these parts from them, but they are a good reliable vendor. I would also check in with Roger, and 928intl.

I have done this twice, once on my 90 and once on my 91.The only thing that I have had to replace are the shocks. At this low mileage that would be the only thing that I think would require replacement. Check the boots on the upper control arms. Those boots sometime tear.
Hope that helps.
