My custom wheel is complete and on it's way to me.

They sent me a couple pics of the finished product. Still no direct feedback on the 'feel' yet - will follow up with that.

Here is a Dino steering wheel I put in mine some time back. It's not my favorite, but was free, and I like it much better than the stock version I had in my '81.

Custom wrapped steering wheel installed. Fit and finish are exceptional and colour is an exact match.

Feel is firm with just a bit of cush - just enough.

Both the red and the marine-blue car has the steering wheel moved back by 50mm for improved driving position.

Randy - I really like that look and function. I always felt the GTS wheel needed a slightly bigger 'hand' profile and a little more give to it. The perforated finish looks good too. I think a two tone could also look good in that style too - all leather I assume.

Let me know your impressions after a week or two of getting used to driving with it?
