Well, in an effort to reroute the two large wires that run to my starter, I forgot to take"pre-project" pictures. Now, have the wires where I want them but I went to reconnect the negative terminal to the battery and it (the battery terminal) sparked. In am effort to not cause loads of damage, I just want to verify which starter wire goes to which terminal. So, laying under the car, drivers side on my left, I have the red wire on the left terminal and the black wire on the right. Can someone confirm or dent this is correct? Thanks-Ryan

The big wires will only go on one spot, where I always screw up is putting the small yellow wire on the wrong one. Won't hurt anything at all except the car won't turn over. The sparking from the battery is most likely due to your interior lights coming on. Expect a little bit of spark anytime you reconnect the bat.

The big lines go to the larger post on the starter. The yellow line goes to the smaller post 'solo' and is the activation line for the solenoid. I always disconnect the ground strap when disconnecting/reconnecting the major power harness lines. 'Negative' from battery only goes to ground strap.
