Needs some TLC, but no one is going to see the underside except you or your mechanic. Asking $250 USD (OBO) plus shipping. Part number 928 505 071 20. (DOES NOT HAVE THE VENTS FOR THE '90 AND UP OIL COOLER).

You can lay out the openings for the 1990/up oil cooler and trim them in with the cutting tool of your choice. Been running one that I modified for 2-3 years now with no ill effects.
