Default Passed smog, interesting idle issue

One thing or another kept getting in my way, but finally passed smog with my 85 Euro. Best guess on failing first time are dirty injectors and old leaky seals.

Interesting part is that I passed the smog test with an 1100 rpm idle. Best guess on that is that my ancient IAC is stuck in the open position, as 1100 rpm was with the throttle idle screw all the way closed.

I thought the high idle would be a sure fail, but the smog tech said it might be ok (accepted by the automated test protocol) as long as it was stable, and it was. This could be very handy later on with hotter cams I have waiting to go in next motor.

OTOH my 85 Euro is a BAR referee car, so may have some different test values than US models.

AFAIK first thing checked is the idle speed, and timing, so if somebody wants to explore the limits it might not require a retest if it fails.
