1986 Porsche 928S ** Salvaged title** 117,xxx miles, Automatic Red exterior with tab/burgundy interior Good: Recent timing belt & water pump ^ Cam tower gasket replacement Timing betl retentioned 300 miles ago. Bad: Bad transmission: told 1st & 2nd clutch plates are worn out. Maybe fixable or need to get a rebuilt one ( $ 2K) Passenger window is missing ( someone broke it & took the radio) Passenger window motor not working ( have used one for replacement) Passenger mirror broken off the base ( have used on for replacement) No air: not had chance to look into. Front bumper has paint crack: currently have a bra on Cruise do not work. ( vacuum ?) Rear hatch will not open with the keys. ( need to repalce the upper lock assy) Paint is fading. Oil might be leaking thru valve covers (been told by mechanic) ** Salvaged title ** So this will be a good project car. It will probably take $3-4K to get it running in top condition as daily commuter. This was my only car before getting married and 6 month baby is forcing me to buy a minivan. : ( Engine is strong, but this car needs lots TLC. Picture are available for emails. Thanks for looking.

I just report them, not check the validity of their claims.

You would have to email them and find out. The ad I copied is the only info I have on it. Other than it is in the SF Bay area.

Default Different '86 for sale

'86 Euro S2

I talked to this guy last Feb. Guy wasn't too knowledgable on 928s, had a local shop do all his work. I elected not to buy this one as it wan't red and the guy said it was a repaint. Was worth a look since it is a 310 hp Euro and a 5spd.

PS: Car is in Oakland, IIRC.

It is 86 with VIN number ending in 798
I would like to keep it and restore to good condition, but without garage space and new baby, I just can't.
Pictures are available if anyone is interested.

Thanks
