What would be really neat would be a conversion to a 7 speed DCT - a Porsche PDK box!
However the configuration (input shaft to half shaft) of the ones I have seen seem to make that a very unlikely proposition
Plus of course where would you find one...

Cost 10/12 k I would guess. Reality is, time and materials.

The more we dig into it the bigger this project is. The reason I want paddles shifters is for Track days. Thats all i'll ever use them for. I build pro tour cars for a living and paddles have become one of our specialties and original plan was to 6 speed it but the auto in those are tough so I figured why not try to do some paddles.

We talked about a 6 speed auto, just don't have the time for all the fab work at the moment and we wanna have this at a track day sooner than later. And since this is a personal project the less amount of time down is the goal.

No kit. Most of the conversion is the same as the six speed. We have fabricated an adapter for the auto bellhousing. Ive also sourced a standalone controller for the transmission.
