Default Turn signal issues

None of my turn signal lights work and the turn signal indicator on the dash doesn't flash fast like the bulbs are out, in fact it doesn't flash at all, it stays on solid green. Is that normal? I replaced the flasher relay hoping that was the problem but it wasn't. What's the next step? I'm going to switch out all the fuses and replace all the bulbs, anything else I should look into? I got the car 2 years ago and it's so close to being road worthy I can taste it! It's a '79 btw

Could be a bad combo switch. Also check to see if all of the turn signals are hooked up correctly.

Start simple - Check the fuses first?, then test - then check them again
