Default Bilstein rebuild

Hi all:
I want to refresh my factory issued Bilsteins as they are tired after 21 years of service. Does anyone have a recommendation? I have looked here in Canada and have drawn a blank.

Thanks in advance,

Joe

Contact Bilstein directly as they do rebuilds for $65 per shock plus parts.

That is what I did for the set I removed from a parts car. They look good as new and are tested by Bilstein before they are shipped.

Only catch to the Bilstein rebuild is no warranty, zip. Factory installed have only a dealer Porsche warranty, 12 mo or whatever, but if you buy a new set from an authorized dealer its a lifetime warranty.

Still the rebuild is a steal and they do test them, shipping is nominal too.

Please keep us posted on how the "new" ones feel vs. the old. I am very curious.

This is one of the first things I did when I got my car, well worth the $. Only problem was one of the componants needed for repairs had to be machined by Bilstein as it was NLA, this added about a week and $25 per to the rebuild.
