Default Few 928s for Sale?

Is it my imagination or are there fewer 928s listed on the typical 'cars for sale' websites? Like today, only GTSs I see are Rob Budd's and a couple of Willhoit cars ...

Maybe the places I go looking (AutoTrader, cars.com, eBay) are no longer the best sites to find 928s? Just seems like there used to always be more airbag cars (90/91 S4s and GTSs) out there ...

As with any car as they age and get older and older there will be less and less on the market for sale its that simple. The GTS i bought never was for sale anywhere i heard it might be for sale and contacted the owner and bought it. I think a lot of these cars are done like that the last two i sold was the same way word got out i was thinking of selling and the rest is history. If you really want one put up a wanted ad

I'm confused...

Autotrader - 60 listed
Cars.com - 26 listed
Hemmings - 8 (that is low for Hemmings)
eBay - 16

People stopped paying to list classified ads.

You will see them all listed on the local Craigslist. Unfortunately, Craigslist keeps shutting down the national search sites, so its a pain to find them now.

You also get lots of really weird adds of people who are only half interested in selling, fail to mention all kinds of things or simply grossly overstate the condition of the cars. After all they paid nothing for the adds and treat them as such. Even getting return phone calls or emails is too much effort for some.
