Sure... But that means reprogramming the ECU.
I'd replace the Oxygen sensor and see if that clears it up. While the hood is up, replace the spark plugs *use stock, cheap copper plugs) and see if those show rich running. It'll probably run better and you'll have checked off some possible problems.
