For $400 it isn't a bad deal and that could probably easily be fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. I've seen way worse and it could have ended up much worse by the guy who's trying to do it in his garage. The covers are nice just not taut like they should be. Could be worse, guys.

I would not have any confidence that those seats will "buff right out", just as good of a chance the material is wonky and so is the stitching, less likely its all nice and needs adjustment. Couple hot days in the sun and they might look worse no matter how much they got tweaked around.
