Default Coolant leak

I have an 85 auto and appear to have a minor coolant leak where the thermostat housing tube goes down vertically into the block. Is this easily removed, regasketed and reinstalled? If so, any threads that you could point me to would be much appreciated
Thanks!

Can be done, but the one Allen key bolt on rear driver side can be a bitch. Just search water bridge removal.

Get a "stop leak" at autozone, worked on my car, dads racecar and even my duramax.

I do not recommend using stop leak. More problems will surface.

don't use Stop leak, just replace the big 'o' ring, you may be able to remove the cross bridge w/o removing the oil filler neck as I recall, by pulling it up and out forward on an angle.
Start soaking the 4 allen bolts now!
You will also need gaskets for the two ends that attach into the heads, good time to also service T Stat.
