This is the first time I seen this.

that is the badge for the 1982 Weissach edition 928, which was a limited production special package option. The number on the badge corresponds to the car it was affixed o - in this case, it looks like car #148. Roger has a couple of these special models.

What you want to do, if the car is yours or you have an interest in it, is whether the custom luggage that came with it as part of the package is included/still available!
