Default Here is how they look on the seats.

Here is how they look. I was able to get these seats from a fellow reenlisted from a 928 S4 that needed to be recovered and they turned out great.

All switches and power work....

Now for the dilemma...

A - Do I sell?
B - Do I turn into office chairs? Anyone ever do this with power?

Thanks and enjoy, I think they turned out nice!!

Cheers,
Bryan

Crap, photos aren't working right now... will try back in a few minutes

Thanks guys, I found this. Obviously way too expensive. Any other ideas out there for office chair base? One here is $2,500 just for the base and the other generic one is $575... very steep.

Look further down - for $500. Still pricey.

$75 bucks less than the other one and you're correct, still very pricey. I may just adapt it to an office chair from Office Depot or something... I can get nice ones for around $200 or I may be able to find a donor on CL somewhere...

Still looking for other solutions. What would these seats be worth if I wanted to sell them?

I say sell. They are too nice to not make someones 928 live longer.

No idea on price, though. I paid 800$ for a set many moons ago that were not even close to this nice.

IIRC, new leather without the seats is around $1500. I'd guess $1500+, as it's not a colour that I've seen before in the wild, so I'm assuming that the market is small. In a more common colour, I'd say $2k+.

For clarification from my earlier posts, these are not real leather. It is a leather look a like if you will, much better looking and more durable than vinyl but not super soft like leather.

Seats covers cost around $700 just to make them and then I paid $200 to get them installed (one guy wanted $400) which I thought was a fair price.
