Rick, My condolences. I looked for you at Sharks in Hell and asked about you recently on this site because I had not seen you post in quite a while. I am sorry for your loss and though we certainly cannot replace what you lost, you have friends here who understand your pain. Bless you and your family and hope that the future will bring you peace my friend.

It is in times like this that remind me of the Catch-22 situation I am in. Not yet having a wife and kids (and wondering if it will happen at all)... I have yet to experience the love & fulfilled life that comes with this sort of unconditional love that you (and many others) enjoy.
Yet, I am also reminded that without a wife and kids... I won't experience the profound sense of loss that you are going through. That to be blessed with the former, one needs to be prepared for and in some ways anticipate the latter.
I don't know if I could do it.
