No doubt you realize that only 30 manual transmission 1995 GTS cars were sold in the US. Michael W. has established that very nice examples bring well over $100,000 with $114,000 reported as the highest yet. Not sure how many of the 30 GTS 5 speeds for 1995 were black, but really is a very rare car.

There are 7 black/black '95 5-speeds in the U.S. The mileage numbers are probably way out of date.
EDIT: There were 7 sold in the U.S. Not sure how many still exist.

Yes - you will need a lot of luck... and money...
It's possible that what you are looking for may not even exist any more... depending on exactly what you mean by "very low mileage"
