It's the little things. Sunroof rattle was irritating. I tried fixing anti rattle springs on trim panel. I found that putting a 5/8" board between panel and frame stopped noise. People have described wedging pens or sticks, but this worked better for me.
Good luck

Define frame. My rattle was the airfoil tapping the body. I glued a small piece of tire inner tube to the body where the airfoil ends touch the body. I took another piece of inner tube and placed it at the middle of the front of the sunroof opening to prevent the airfoil from tapping the body. Finally, I took 3 pieces of fuzzy velcro and glued them to the rear of the sunroof opening so that the inner panel glides over them and does not tap the body.

Trim = inner headliner edge trim. Basically I am wedging the whole rear edge of the sunroof trim panel against the sunroof skin, to stop vibration.

There are three sliders on the rear with fuzzy pads - does your sunroof have those?

Yeah, if only it were that easy. I bought new factory felt pads and tried to increase the spring pressure by bending each of the anti-rattle springs. It helped, but now it is completely silent. I seldom use the sunroof, and I can pull out the board it I want to open things up. It's also painted to match the interior.
