Bought new window switches for my 85 auto. Could I please get some advice on the easiest means of installation

remove the carpeted side panels of the console, the hard to reach screw is just below the front of the seat bolster, lower the seats and use a long screwdriver. the switch plugs are below and to the side of the radio. the switches pop out easily by pushing up from underneath them, dont pry from the top.
