Take them out and put some WD-40, Kroil, or whatever you like, on the hinges. Takes 5 minutes and 3 screws per sunvisor, really easy.

Personally I use silicon lubricant rather than a petroleum distillate+oil product like WD40 aerosol (http://www.wd40company.com/files/pdf...2-21-14-29.pdf) on the untested assumption that it is more vinyl friendly. WD40 make a silicone lubricant that is specifically designed to be compatible with vinyl: http://www.wd40specialist.com/produc...one-lubricant/ as the standard aerosol is not.
