Soooooo Greg told me when I beat on the stroker he would recommend changing the rod bearing every season…..

NEVer done this my self and probably with the stroker would not risk it with my inability , but would the 3 piece cross member help the person who changes out bearings frequently….

anyone use this 3 piece crossmember and willing to comment?

if you put higher rated springs on your car and DON'T revalve the shocks then you've wasted your money until you have the shocks revalved to suit the spring rate.
A higher rate needs less compression damping & more rebound.
Karl's hypercoils with Konis are std konis, not revalved to suit the spring rate. It costs around AUD$130 each sock, money well spent. Winding up the konis doesnt work.
The suspension company should be able to valve them for low speed & high speed compression.

The general consensud is to replace old with new std shocks for the best ride, but ive found that higher spring rates make the car feel better, less lean into corners, sharper response, even my wife has commented on the improvement.

Nigel, did you get the same valving and King- Springs setup that is on John C's ex-GT (previously Laurie O's).

yes Hilton, but not king springs.
Regardless its 101 for any suspension to tune to spring rate [& weight]. My MTB forks cost more than the Konis! BOS is the boss
