Wheel nut finish/colour

I have the silver anodized wheels on my 86 928. The wheel nuts are the lightweight black ones, the same that I have on my 87 911 with Fuchs.
Is this the correct finish/colour for the 928? It doesn't look right.

My understanding is that they were anodized black.

correct black to disappear inside the deep recessed holes...
