Default Cayenne wheels on a 928?

Will the 19" wheels fit the 928 with runflat tires? The bolt pattern is 5x130, but what about the offset? Did someone try this?

Even if they fit, truck wheels are heavy so it's an excellent way to slow down your 928.

Meh, it's a GT, not a sports car.

Do a search here. I remember someone saying in another thread - if I understood correctly - that the wheels for the 928 need to be hub-centric or the lugs will take too much of the strain.

Don't care for 19" even on a GTS, for sure not on an earlier car w/o a HUGE brake upgrade. Also the cars were not designed with that low a profile tire in mind and thus suspensions were not set up to take advantage of them. I love 18" on S4's and GTS's though...there are plenty of really nice options out there in 18... I know folks have done 19"'s on 928's...just not my taste.

I would suggest to use 18 inch wheels as a max size.

The Pepper wheels are heavy and not staggered, so dont bother with them.

There are plenty of wheel choices
