Default Fuel line options

What are my available options for replacing the two main fuel hoses coming up the passenger side of my 83S? Its my understanding that the fittings/ complete hose are no longer available? I`m refering to the feed and return hoses that attach to engine.

Roger at 928sRUS sells a complete kit to rebuild all fuel lines under the hood.

Also Greg Brown sells some amazingly nice hoses that Roger also sells.

I stock the Greg Brown "Lifetime" hoses as well as other kits.
About $300 for the pair - need to know year of car and if you have a fuel cooler fitted or not.

I had mine rebuilt with braided steel lines for $125 at an industrial hose shop in Houston. PS lines were $85. They look better than new.

I just bought Greg's "U" hose that goes on the FPR and Damper on the rear of the rails on my 90S4.

You may want to consider replacing ALL the fuel lines.... If those 2 are bad, you can bet that the rest are not far behind. Get the full kit from Roger.

Good decision there Jeff....the donor car in my backyard got toasted by failure of that very hose....now that you bought it...put it on! Lol....seems like here was talk of someone making a braided replacement for that hose....I did not follow too much, as #30 does not have it....

Good luck!

The rubber hose casing is deceiving, bend it a little and guarantee you'll see cracks.
