Aw shucks, Ernest, everybody knows that's a periscope!

All the magazines and Porsche engineering agree that a periscope is only worth, like 2 or 3 horsepower. Tops!

Simon,
I'm surprised that a person of your stature doesn't recognize a gen-yoo-ine hood scoop when he sees one.
EVERYONE knows that the periscope goes on the roof.

Ernest.......

You are bored, huh?

Why not empty out the headlight housings and duct the bottoms right into the intakes. That way when you need a little ram air, you just flip up the headlights? course this will limit night driving........

No, all you need is a K&N filter to give you that magical 15 HP.

Paint it red or yellow, add a "Type R" or Japanese alphabet sticker, and you could probably bump that up to 20hp. Maybe 25hp with an LED too. $100 opening bid on Ebay?

Nicole,
I know I have lots of class, it's all low!

Lemme see,
Add the Tornado, Jap sticker, yellow paint, K&N, carry the three, divide by 9.........
HOLY COW, BATMAN, the bottom end won't take it!!
I'll have to go the whole way!!
Yes!
The racing stripe AND the coffee can muffler.

How about a dial-type gauge coming out of the hood in front of the windshield for oil pressure - a big one - that would be sooooo cool!!!!

Yeah, I'm told that a coffee can tip will allow the bottom end of a Honda sewing machine to handle 750hp! Plus a Japanese slogan..."Baka desu"....

That's gotta be good for at least 1khp in the Porsche.

GREAT idea Beth. I was thinking about a row of gauges: Oil pressure, fuel pressure, coolant temp, tire pressure, blood pressure, cholesterol, and standing stool velocity.
(The standing stool velocity and serum porcelain are important indicators of driver competence).

All those gauges that tell you all that stuff make ya look real smart and stuff too. And of course you'd become a chick magnet when you're in the car!!!!
