Nope, just that it was made really early in the 1980 MY, probably in the 1st week of production in the fall of '79.

Just for S&Gs, here are a couple of graphs of production numbers- these don't account for about 500 cars not included in the database so they're only accurate to ~1% or so.

Samuel's data fills lots of the gaps, especially in '86. I've got 280 VIN's he didn't have either (Japanese VIN range), so I need to spend some time merging the two datasets, starting with calculating the missing check-digit to replace the _ from his USA VIN's so I can match records easily and avoid duplicates.

Hilton, holler if I can be of help with reconciling the missing data into the 'master' file, I now have ~5 hours/week of captive kid activities where it's me an d the laptop......
