I tried running the VIN thru vinanalytics.com but it was too old.
I also learned this week it's Granite Green Metallic (Felsengrun).

EDIT: I misread the VIN on this car, it should be a Euro S model, I've corrected the info below on engine and transmission spec.

The shorter final drive ratio will make up for some of the horsepower deficit, if it's in nice shape I would certainly still consider it. It's an '86 Euro S, it'll have the S4 suspension and brakes on it, it's a very unusual and relatively rare variant.
