Follow-up question, Rob. Car doesnt have rubstrips and I just figured someone took them off before a respray. Does the lack of M418 mean it came like that from the factory? TIA

Correct, no M418 means no rubstrips from the factory, just as God intended.

That VIN doesn't map to any car-the #1 in the 12th digit should be an 8, but JS842377 is 30 larger than the number of ROW '88s that were produced (the highest # is JS842347). Got a pic of the VIN you're seeking?
