I could do the same thing with my copier here and have a new binder to put it in. I was wanting an original to add to the collection. My own fault for not looking close enough.
Is it same document which is part of the Morehouse CD yearly changes scans? If not, it would be great to have it scanned and included in doc collection.
No, but neither is this technical document a work of art.
The value of the document, save to the collector of Porsche publications, is in the information it contains, nicht war?
So, Sean, how's the quality of the paper, the copies and their binding?
That is the point...it is for collectors and a very rare limited production piece with some very neat graphics. The technical data is reproduced/superceded by the early workshop manuals etc.
Pretty sure it IS on the Morehouse CDS...
And if you were showing an early 928 when they are worth $100,000 what would such an original "technical document" add to the display ? or would a photo copy be just as good ?

Yep. Not an original. That'd make me TOO envious.

I'd take some of that action, too. I'd even pay $10, plus costs and shipping.

Yes, it appears to be, it's got the same cover as the ebay item, tho' I didn't check the numbers on the cover. But the .pdf is not the world's best scan. Not that I am not nor that everybody else should not be grateful to Jim Morehouse.

I believe that's the point I made above, James. Though i hadn't made the car show connection you thought of. OTOH, I'd be happy with a hard copy. (Which probably means I should print out the .pdf. )
Well ****, technically it wasn't as advertised. You could return it if you wanted to go to the hassle, just for 40 bucks. That's a pretty good proffit margin for that guy, 10 bucks for the ink and paper used, 5 bucks for his time to copy it.
I did just send him a rather harsh message about fraud and that his items are being discussed on the Porsche forums. I've not left him any feedback yet so this might get interesting.
I didn't receive a message back from him so I dinged him some negative feedback today and one of the options was "copyrighted material" and now all of his auctions are gone. Hope I saved someone some money

Oh MY ....if he really does work for Porsche, they really would not be amused by him selling copies of THEIR information ! He would be a FORMER employee in a heartbeat.
