Default 86.5: is there any way to install center "T" intake runner...

I removed my center T intake runner, and now can't get it back on.

Any of you do this with you removing the other runners (and fuel rail etc?)

Tips appreciated!

You should not need to remove anything else. Take a breath, have a beer, and talk nicely to it... :-)

Patience is key.

You may want to very lightly dampen the edges with WD-40 so it slips onto the throttle body boot easier. That's what I did. Took me at least 20mins to get that thing on.

Also do you have the MAF out, it will give you better access to the bottom "T" clamps and boot, make sure the upper clamp is loose enough.

davek9, Avar928, Ducman, Colin:

You guys are gods!

I was using 303 Aerospace, but WD-40 worked MUCH better! And Dave, pulling the MAF was what made it possible.

Rennlist is the best because of you guys. Just today a colleague of my fiancée's wrote me and said that he's joined and will probably buy a 986 because of Rennlist.

Thank you all again!
