Anything -wrong- with taking my pullies and flexplate to a shop to have the balance on them checked while they are out?
I believe we dont require any external balancing..
And on the harmonic unit..it is also non-weighted, correct?

There is a little rectangular weight on A/C pullies, not sure why, it's not like there's a keyway or any asymmetry in it. Never seen nor heard of a spec for balancing any of the 928 pulleys or the balancer.

I have not either..but..
When I was forced to replace mine when the bolt came out...the set I got from 928intl, the car was smoother.
Both sets had the balancing weight on them still..
So I figure why not...it'll cost almost nothin to do.

I think it's worth doing WYAIT, as it costs so little. I balanced everything on my 82, and I improved the balance a little on everything. I know there's acceptance of some out of balance tolerance being introduced when renewing components, such as the clutch, but why have any if you don't need to? Every little bit has to help with smoothness and reliability.
