Rennlist Membership
I have no affiliation with John, Randy, or the Rennlist other than membership and this rant is completely unsolicited.
The Rennlist has saved me, literally, THOUSANDS of dollars.
I've had numerous questions answered.
I've shared failures, successes, frustrations and triumphs with other owners.
I've met people from all over the planet with similar interests.
I've had countless hours of entertainment.
There are many of you who have had equal benefits who have seen fit to not pay the tiny sum of money to become members of the Rennlist.
I ask you to take a moment and consider your reasons for not joining. Whatever they are, they're not justified.
This is YOUR community, you should be supporting it.

I know I enjoy the new site inmprovements here on Rennlist. I bet many of the user's love it too. Can't we all enjoy together...and support "our" site together?
It would be great to see another 20-30 user's to belly up to the counter and depart with a few bucks to pay for a membership. The membership is not much, alot cheaper than a trip to the "P" mechanic.

Most definately agreed...I simply cannot understand why ANYONE would not become a member. If you cannot afford to support it how the heck are you going to be able to afford to maintain a car?...much less a Porsche?..I've said before..and I'll say it again...has saved me a LOT of money from being thrown out the door on work I normally would have had to pay someone to do.Not to mention what I've learned to look for in other cars I might consider buying.I'm sure there are good forums with a lot of good people willing to share and help their fellow car buffs...but never have I seen on on the level this one is.
For some of you who have recently found the forum may not be able to yet appreciate it's usefulness.However...if you keep your Porsche long you will find this site to become the biggest asset a Porsche owner could have...period.Let's support those who support us.John and Jen have done a fantastic job (along with others) and can use all the support readers can give.In doing so I'm sure you will find even more surprises and changes in the future!

ps...and no I'm not related or connected to anyone at Rennlist..

HMMMMM, lemme see now:
Cost of membership = $16.00 per year. Been a member for 6 months = $8.00
The amount I saved doing my own timing belt, tensioner and water pump = $600.00, repairing my own AC head = $1300.00, ride height adjustment $400.00, diagnosing and repairing flappy problem = $250.00.
That's $2550.00 - $8.00 = $2542.00 = 3177.5% return.
I guess it's worth it!!!!
