Rubber bellows (parking brake..transmission cable)
Is this a part that is available separately or do you have to buy the whole assembly with it already installed?
Mine, like I'm sure all of your "bellows" are ripped..torn...or perhaps not even there.
While I have all my parts accessible I would like to replace them if I could to keep all the road grime out of the cable assemblies.
Anyonehave an after market source? Ive looked at bicycle supplies but no luck.

The bellows are available separately for the trans cable but not for the park brake cables. The only way I know to get the rubber for the park brake cables is to buy both cables new (IIRC $150 each.) Shifter cable bellows are about $15 each.

Tony,
As Mike has said only for the transmission cable. Part # 922 424 103 00 and my price is $14.34 each.

Maybe check with somebody like this:

No connection, it's just one of the many results of a google of "rubber bellows."

Had the same prob and used a bellows from one of the cables of the throttle linkage assembly. (P/N was 928 423 277 00)
This bellows is longer than the original part so you can make two out of one (IIRC). It's also larger in diameter so you can slip it over the end brackets of the brake cable.
This may not do for the purists but for me it was a quick fix for a couple of bucks and has been working fine for the last 5 years.
