Default Broken brown wire

I hate to admit this one but I don't know where this wire connects.
It's brown, thin and of course brittle.

It's the ground wire for the A/C bleed valve. It raises the idle slightly when the A/C is on. Nothing major.

especially if the A/C does not work...no load no need for higher idle !~

If you need the engine idle to increase when the AC compressor is on, just connect the brown wire to any good engine ground - i.e., anywhere on the block or heads to bare metal.

The AC does work and I suspected this wire was related to it
Thanks all
