Default tie rods

Could someone tell me the difference
between tie rods for 86 and 87?

Better question would be, do you have an 86.5 or an 86? Or, post your VIN and we can tell ya what parts you need.

I've got an early 86.
I am doing a 87 suspension upgrade.
I have a spare set of tie rods, but not
sure what year they are from.
Can't find a part # on them.

Measure the tie rod. Below are the dimensions with the left side being the early unit and the right the later. If you are swapping in S4 suspension you will need the later 235 mm tie rods.

That's what I was looking for.
