Has anyone prepared a printable checklist or spreadsheet for pre-purchase inspections?

I was thinking of making one based on David Hemming's book or comparable, but if that has been done already, I'd appreciate a copy.

From Pge 21 to Pge 40 are tick boxes....so with a scan of those pages, or eraseable light pencil.....
