Default Spent some time with Merlin

Stan came down from Philly last weekend and showed me his techniques on replacing the Koni's.

He's a true professional and it was a pleasure working with someone with attention to detail like myself

The next day while driving around to settle the new shocks, he had a chance to experience Rocket I appredciated the compliments since he's been around a lot of Sharks over the years.

Big thank you Stan...

Thanks Darien for the terrific hospitality and the great food,
the car you have is really pretty awesome, and you handle it quite well.
Now about catching a lunker or two

Glad to see you over here Stan! Looking forward to the next event. Also, mark your calendar now for the Hershey swap meet in April. Not ussually alot of 928 stuff, but still a good gathering for a bunch of us to raise hoods and talk sharks (with the odd beer or two if you stay over)

Stan,

Another "welcome" to southeast PA note. Hope you will enjoy the area (again, I think). Also, hope that seat 'in the air' is fait accompli.

By the way, the Hershey Swap Meet is sponsored by the Central PA region of PCA, and is usually the 3rd Saturday in April, held at the Hershey Amusement Park area.

Hope to see you around this winter. Drop out to West Chester any time you want.

Gary Knox

Here is a local group of car enthusiasts that are extremely friendly. They have coordinated meetings to see the Simeone Museum in Philly.

Gary: was this a senior moment or have I been missing this event in September? I didn't know there were two meets/year.

Hope to meet Stan next April.

Stan, thanks for all the good advice that you have given me in the past. You are definitely a wealth of information on these cars. I live 50-60 minutes from Philadelphia. I don't know you profession but are you by chance opening a shop in the area?

Stan;

I had been meaning to catch up with you. Not much gets me to come out of the woodwork, but losing you to the east coast is big news. I hope all is well!

I had an opportunity to move closer to my parents so I took it,
everyone is well, and I wanted to share /spend my time with them.
Its fun to do things with my Pop and Mom,
I really like seeing the qualities in them that I inherited.

This was more important to me than the job I had.
Anyway I may be able to start working on 928 projects in the near future.
