Default VERBUS 11-9 Head stud

Head stud, Verbus 11-9

is the 11-9, production date or hardness...or both

I would assume the hardness on the part is a 9.

I have searched the net and could not find anything about the fastener hardness.

thanks for any help.

11-9 wouldn't seem to match any metric bolt measurements. Maybe it's a factory internal indexing number? I think Verbus is a German DIN standard for hardness and not a company though. Maybe 11-9 is a DIN standard?
