Default Help with Identifying Part

I was poking around under the hood and noticed that something appears missing to the left of the upper radiator hose (white arrow). It also appears that there is a ground point there that is not screwed in (gray arrow). Maybe not a ground wire, but looks one. Could someone shed some insight on what is missing here?

Thanks in advance

It's a bracket to which a -10 Normaclamp (999 511 116 02) that wraps around the fuel inlet line is bolted. Like this, but actually bolted to the bracket with an M6 x 12 bolt.

There is no ground there.
It is probably the metal bracket that is supposed to be secured in that threaded hole.

Right. Way to far for the coil ground.
You're right guys. It's a clamp.

From your picture it looks like the clamp is there with the grey arrow, just needs a bolt.
