CIS flow rates through injectors for a '79

I am currently helping a friend to troubleshoot a loss of power above 4000 rpms.
He has already checked the ignition system and vacuum.
Now he wants to make sure all CIS specs are in order. I have no experience with CIS so I would like to turn to the collected wisdom here.
Before we start the next test session, I would like to have all figures ready. We have the specs for control and system pressure as well as the fuel flow rate at the return line.
We would like to measure the max fuel flow through the injectors by pulling one out and measuring the amount of fuel sprayed while holding the plate fully open but I can't find any data on that delivery rate.
Any CIS experts who can point me in the right direction ?
EDIT: does anyone have the specific fuel consumption curve in g/HP-hour (like the one shown in the full power curve in later cars' owner's manual) for an early car at hand? Or just a single data point at max power?
From this it should be straightforward to calculate the actual flow per minute per injector?

I don't have specific numbers for our car, but I'm learning a lot with Ferrari folks about CIS.

Specified pump delivery rate is around 1350ml/30 secs for my 83 S - measured at the return line, pump relay bridged. Not sure on a 78, but shouldnt be too much lower..? Dont recall seeing injector delivery rate published anywhere , unlike the common ratings for electronic injectors.

Thanks for the tips and the especially the Ferrari link, some interesting stuff there! Maybe it's not really that important to measure the full load flow, just get the pressures right and the injector flow rates balanced. We'll see
