Air not mixing?
When the A/C is on I get a lovely stream of cold air from the top half of the dash vent, and a stream of tepid air from the bottom half.
Why?

The comb flap isn't opening. Fix the actuator (new diaphragm) and you'll get more total airflow and more cold. Make sure the little mixing slider on the center vent is in full-up position too.
