Well, to be honest, I'd run those wheels on my S4 for one gathering just to see the interesting conversations.

Oh on to business: Looks repairable, just the bumper shell and hood damage. And those two are not too expensive so at that price it looks like a steal. (I dont think it effected the bumper frame being the damage should be more of a downward as the deer got hit.)
