Default FS: 18" 996 Turbo II Wheels and Tires

Hello Rennlisters,
I have for sale a set of used wheels and tires. Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Lester

__________

Original Porsche 18" Turbo II wheels and tires
Front: 8Jx18 ET50 996.362.136.04
Rear: 11Jx18 ET45 996.362.142.03
Price: $1000 or best offer

These BBS-made wheels are in great condition with minor curb rash as shown and come with used Pirelli tires.

The wheels are the hollow-spoke version that were originally on a Porsche 996 Turbo. The 8x18 wheel weighs 21.23 lbs. and the 11x18 wheel weighs 26.18 lbs. both of which are approximately 5-6 lbs. less then the corresponding solid-spoke version. The bolt pattern is 5x130mm.

The Pirelli PZero Rosso tires are size 225/40-18 and 285/30-18. The tires are Porsche N4 specification with 5-6/32" tread remaining on the front and 4-5/32" tread remaining on the rear.

They fit many Porsche models including the 993 (wide-body), 996, 997, 928 and maybe 944/968 however please research proper fitment prior to purchase.

Local pick-up is available within the Washington DC metro area. I'd be happy to arrange shipping at your expense. There is a company called ShipNex.com that negotiates discounts with shippers like UPS and they change $100-150.

Please note that these wheels and tires are for sale without center wheel caps. Additional pictures and answers to any questions are available upon request. Thank you for your interest.

Any idea what refurbishing the rash would cost?

I need another set of wheels for my GT but the rest of the car is quite nice so I don't want anything obvious. Can't really tell from your photos if it would stand out from 6 feet away?

I'm in Virginia so at least shopping is a non issue!

I would guess between $150-200 per wheel. I paid about $750 last year to refinish the wheels on my truck.

I'd be happy to send you more pics of these wheels.
