87 S4 front wheel bearings
So the inner bearing is pretty easy to get out, it's not really pressed in at all. Don't even need a press, just hit it out and eventually the bearing pops the seal out, which retains the bearing.
But i need a little advice on how to remove the outer races for inner and outer bearings. From the looks of the hub, there are some indents 180 degrees from each other, almost like there is a special tool to drive them out with a press or hammer?

after cleaning heat the hub (I used my bbq) then drive out the races using the correct size driver; Dwayne has, as typical, an excellent write up.

heating the hubs will make all the difference in how easy the races come out.
The inner race does usually drop out,
the outer smaller race has to be driven out and also driven in,
so make sure to put the races into the freezer,
and use a Mapp gas torch or a BBQ would also work
NOTE that the grease from the hub will smoke,
so the cleaner you get the hub prior to heating will reduce this.
Install the outer race first then,
install the inner larger race and dont turn the hub over or it may fall out,
let it cool and the race will be captured.
