Running '80 5 speed in N Cal
It's kind of a beater, but looks like it could make for a good save for someone. I've seen some real horror shows for a lot more dough. $1400 OBO. No affiliation.

You can't legally sell a car in CA without a smog certificate. Can't register it here for sure. You could probably buy it, then smog it and be OK, but the DMV staff here eat their young for breakfast and are evil so I wouldn't count on it.
