He's talking about replacing the RIVETS with bolts. On the TC flex plate to TC.
Remove all the rivets and the pinch bolt for the rear pinch sleeve.
The converter should be marked for orientation to the flex plate to ensure no new vibrations.
Actually separating the flex plate from the converter can be tough as the slip fit piece in the center can become rusted into place. Try to rotate the flex plate on the converter and wiggle it forward it will eventually come apart.

Guys, got home #$%# computer froze up while I was upgrading to windows 7 ultimate. As u can see by the time of this response and the fact that I am still using my smart phone..it is still down. Yes I have pulled the TQ housing to replace the rattling rivets. The TQ looks like a biscuit and I am having problems removing the cover to expose the riveted plate.
IT rotates fine just will not separate. I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for your comments.

DONE AND PUT TOGETHER. OVERNIGHT SOAKING IN PB BLASTER DID THE JOB AND ALLOWED US TO REMOVE THE T/C HOUSING. USED 3/4 IN. 5/16 BOLTS WITH LOCK WASHER AND RED LOCTIGHT. REPLACED THE BEARING AS WELL. NO RATTLE, ON THE ROAD AGAIN!
