Default Throttle Plate Pulley

New guy to the forum here. You've all been a tremendous help.

I'm stuck trying to remove the throttle plate pulley. Snap ring is removed but the pulley will not move.

Need to move the pulley to connect new Crank Sensor. (use Dr Scholls Wart remover to freeze the bolt holding sensor to bell housing)

Thanks!

DON'T MESS WITH THE OLD PLASTIC WHEEL. IT WILL BREAK AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. There is a bearing in there, and if you force it you'll be purchasing a new unit.
Remove the bracket that holds it to the block. Two 13 mm hex bolts to remove, that also hold important grounds. Clean them well so you don't have to visit them again.

What ^^^^ he said.
I also couldn't remove mine and ended up breaking a bit off the wheel. I would not have been so persistent had I not had a spare one to put on anway.

Exactly what Herr MainePorsche said. Take the whole bracket off. Once off you can get the wheel off by wedging two flat screwdrivers under it and working it off slowly, (after some LPS1 or similar lube), but if you don't really need to remove it, don't, it will break easily. (Took mine off to re-plate the bracket).
